Cabo Catches

While I have been sidelined with Doctor's visits and RV lot beautification Capt. David and the Cabo have been catching fish.  I popped down to the Marina to see what's up and they are nice Dolphin aka mahi out there biting if you look hard enough.  These nice gaffers where found in 900 foot of water pretty late in the day.  Full moons tend to make fish act funny so there is no telling if afternoon is the bite or not, it just was today.  Along with the gaffers they found plenty of legal schoolies and tons of tiny peanuts which makes the search for the bigger guys a bit more challenging.

I have to throw in a pic of owner Dick with a little bigger than normal smile.  Capt. David and I have been trying to put them on bigger fish for a while with limited success.  Now that David is healthy again and bug mania is dying down, maybe I can get a few more big boat reports.  While I am stuck beautifying, the Bonnie B and crew will be hunting tuna for the lady of the boat.  The Blackfin and Skippies may not be monsters on the line but they are slammers on the plate.

Marathon in the Florida Keys should be your next fishing vacation destination. Join us for charter fishing, fishing guide trips or our fishing 101 so you can fish on your own with better success.

 Tight lines,

 Capt. Dallas
