Beautiful Weather Weird Bite.

We got off shore today, first time in a while given the weather and wishes of my crew. Weird though offshore. No birds to speak of at all. We found plenty of good size black fin tuna that had lock jaw. Tuna every where and we only get a couple of bone heads and a peanut dolphin. The rain storm drove us back in so we hit some yellowtails. Caught all we wanted on one block of chum. Good size, no flags but a dozen fourteen to sixteen inchers.

Then the current and wind got weird. Everything was up the anchor line. Even the 'Cudas wouldn't bite for us. Wind against the current sucks. So we will try again tomorrow to get Mr. Big. Still, the crew had a great time and will eat well for a few days.

Tight lines,
